Garnelen Oreganata (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 fresh lemon for topping
02 - 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - A pinch of sea salt
04 - 500g jumbo shrimp, peeled and veins removed
05 - Some fresh ground pepper
06 - 2 cloves garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon zesty lemon peel, grated
08 - 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
09 - 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Pop everything in the oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes till your shrimp turn rosy and the top turns golden.
02 - Set your shrimp on the pan, splash them with the rest of the oil, sprinkle on salt and pepper. Cover them up with your breadcrumb topping.
03 - Grab a bowl and toss breadcrumbs, chopped oregano, garlic, parmesan, and lemon peel together. Stir in 2 tablespoons of oil.
04 - Switch the oven to 200°C. Line a pan with parchment paper so nothing sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Eat it hot while the top is still crunchy.
02 - Jazz it up with a few lemon slices.
03 - Goes great with chunks of fresh ciabatta.
