Crunchy Airfryer Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooking spray.
02 - 1 tbsp corn or potato starch.
03 - 1/4-1/2 tsp salt.
04 - 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.
07 - 3/4 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1 tsp sesame oil.
09 - 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce.
10 - 340g firm tofu.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 200°C and let the tofu cook for about 11 minutes. Flip halfway so it crisps everywhere.
02 - Spray your fryer basket with a little oil, then space out the tofu cubes so they don't stick together.
03 - Toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce, sesame oil, and all your spices. Last, add the starch and stir to coat.
04 - Use a tofu press or heavy object and press your tofu for at least 15 minutes, up to half an hour.

01 - Every air fryer cooks a bit differently, so check doneness early.
