Honig Knoblauch Lachs Happen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping.
02 - A bit of freshly ground black pepper.
03 - A little fine sea salt.
04 - Squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp.
05 - 2 tbsp light soy sauce.
06 - 3 fresh garlic cloves.
07 - 2 tbsp runny honey.
08 - 2 tbsp mild butter.
09 - 500g fresh salmon, cut into chunks.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook your salmon cubes in the sauce over medium. Let 'em get golden, turning now and then for about 4 to 5 minutes.
02 - Stir soy sauce, honey, and lemon into the melted butter. Keep mixing 'til you've got a shiny glaze.
03 - Melt butter in a big pan. Toss in minced garlic. Sauté just 'til it smells awesome.
04 - Chop up the salmon into even pieces. Season with salt and a good hit of pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Top with parsley and dig in while the sauce is glossy.
02 - If you want some crunch, pop it under the broiler for a minute.
03 - Toss chopped parsley over before serving.
