# What You'll Need:

→ Crumb Base

01 - 1¼ cups each: all-purpose flour, old-fashioned oats
02 - ½ teaspoon each: salt, baking soda
03 - ½ cup each: granulated sugar, light brown sugar
04 - ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Lemon Filling

06 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
07 - 2 tablespoons lemon zest
08 - ½ cup fresh lemon juice
09 - 2 large egg yolks

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8x8-inch pan. Mix dry ingredients for crumb mixture.
02 - Add melted butter and vanilla to dry mix. Press half into pan, bake 15 minutes.
03 - Whisk condensed milk, lemon zest, juice, and egg yolks. Pour over baked crust.
04 - Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 20-22 minutes until golden. Cool and chill before cutting.
