Loaded Tater Tots Party Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tater Tot Base

01 - 1 (28–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

→ Toppings

02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1/3 cup sour cream
05 - 1–2 teaspoons milk or lemon juice (to thin sour cream for drizzling)
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425ºF or air fryer to 400ºF.
02 - Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and cook for 20–25 minutes in the oven (or air fry for 15 minutes), flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
03 - While the tater tots cook, prepare the toppings: cook and crumble bacon, shred cheddar cheese, and thin the sour cream with milk or lemon juice for drizzling.
04 - Transfer cooked tater tots to a serving dish or leave them on the baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle the cheese over the hot tots to allow it to melt.
05 - Top with bacon crumbles, drizzle with sour cream, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
06 - Serve hot with optional sides like ranch dressing or hot sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Use a squeeze bottle or zip-top bag with a snipped corner for clean sour cream drizzle.
02 - Add avocado chunks or diced tomatoes for a fresh twist.
03 - Try a nacho-style version by substituting shredded cheese with queso.
04 - For party trays, use mini skewers to create loaded tot bites.
05 - Bake in a cast iron skillet for a shareable, rustic presentation.
