Low Carb Blackberry Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 2 celery stalks, diced
05 - 2 green onions, sliced
06 - 1/2 cup blackberries, sliced in half or quarters depending on size
07 - 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
08 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
09 - Keto bread (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chicken using your preferred method (baking, boiling, or grilling). Once thoroughly cooked, shred and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside to cool.
02 - Chop celery and slice green onions.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, green onions, blackberries, and walnuts.
04 - Stir in the cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
05 - Season with salt and pepper. Serve the salad as is or on your favorite keto bread.
