04 - 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
05 - 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
09 - 24 ounces marinara sauce

→ Alfredo Layer

10 - ½ cup unsalted butter
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 2 cups heavy cream
13 - 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
14 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
15 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

16 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
17 - 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
18 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions until al dente.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion, green bell pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Break up the beef into crumbles and cook for about 10 minutes until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are softened. Drain excess grease, stir in marinara sauce, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
03 - Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Add the cooked spaghetti to the Alfredo sauce and stir until evenly coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
05 - Top the Alfredo spaghetti mixture with the meat sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
06 - Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Garnish with dried parsley flakes (optional) and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking the pasta al dente is important for texture as it will continue to cook slightly in the oven.
