Cozy Carrot Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Parsley for topping.
02 - Black pepper.
03 - Salt.
04 - 1-2 tbsp herb vinegar.
05 - 1 tsp marjoram.
06 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard.
07 - 2 bay leaves.
08 - 50 g clarified butter.
09 - 1 liter veggie broth.
10 - 2 cloves garlic.
11 - 2 onions.
12 - 4 smoked sausages (Mettwurst).
13 - 800 g waxy potatoes.
14 - 800 g carrots.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop in the sausage, let it simmer for 5 minutes, splash in vinegar and season to taste.
02 - Pour in the veggie stock, toss in your spices and let it gently bubble for about 20 minutes.
03 - Now toss the potatoes and carrots in, let them get coated in all that fat.
04 - Softly cook onions and garlic in the hot butter, stir in the mustard for a bit.
05 - Chop the sausages into rounds, slice the carrots, dice up potatoes, mince onions and garlic nice and small.
