# Ingredients:

→ Chocolate Cake

01 - 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 1 1/3 cups (160g) unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 1 3/4 cups (360g) granulated sugar
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 3/4 cup (190g) melted butter
08 - 1 2/3 cups (400ml) milk

→ Topping

09 - 9 oz (250g) chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
10 - 2/3 cup (150g) heavy cream
11 - Fresh strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all chocolate cake ingredients together until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (approximately 9×9 inches or use a cake frame). Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 35-40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely.
02 - Finely chop the chocolate. Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a small saucepan, remove from heat, and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool slightly.
03 - Remove the cooled cake from the pan and cut into pieces. Pour the slightly cooled chocolate ganache over the cake and decorate with halved strawberries.
