Cozy Potato Soup Sausages (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Bread or baguette for dipping.
02 - Fresh parsley.
03 - Finely ground pepper.
04 - Nutmeg, ground.
05 - Sea salt, fine.
06 - Majoram, dried, half a teaspoon.
07 - Sausages, 3 pieces.
08 - Bacon bits, 60g.
09 - Leek, 1 stalk.
10 - Potatoes, mostly firm, 1kg.
11 - Fresh carrots, 2 or 3.
12 - Fresh onion, 1.
13 - Garlic clove, 1.
14 - Butter or lard, 25g.
15 - Vegetable stock, 1200ml.
16 - Sweet cream, 100ml.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss some parsley on top and hand out chunks of bread.
02 - Pour in the cream. Drop in bacon and sausage slices. Give it another 5 minutes to bubble together.
03 - Fry bacon pieces until they're crisp. Slice up those sausages.
04 - Soften all the veggies in some fat first. Add the broth and cook for half an hour. Toss in the seasonings about halfway through.
05 - Peel garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes then chop them up. Clean the leek and slice it.

# Notes:

01 - Figure on pretty big servings for each person.
02 - Tastes even better with crusty bread on the side.
03 - Splash in more cream if you want it richer.
