Warming Pearl Couscous Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chili flakes.
02 - Salt and pepper.
03 - 1 tsp coriander powder.
04 - 1 tsp paprika.
05 - 2 tsp Ras-el-Hanout.
06 - 1 bunch parsley.
07 - 100 g breadcrumbs.
08 - 1 egg.
09 - 500 g ground beef.
10 - 1 tsp dried herbs.
11 - 1 bay leaf.
12 - 1 L broth.
13 - 100 g pearl couscous.
14 - 1 leek.
15 - 4 carrots.
16 - 3 tbsp tomato paste.
17 - 2 big onions.
18 - Olive oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop in those meatballs and cook them through. Taste and tweak if you want.
02 - Stir in pearl couscous and let everything bubble away for another couple minutes.
03 - Pour in the broth, toss in herbs and bay leaf, let it all simmer five minutes.
04 - Cook onions until soft, then dump in carrots, leek, and tomato paste.
05 - Mix ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, and all your spices. Shape little balls with your hands.

01 - Change up the veggies however you like.
02 - Will last in the fridge for 2-3 days.
03 - Freezes really well too.
