Effortless Orzo Mushroom (Print Version)

01 - 15g butter
02 - 400g mushrooms, sliced
03 - 1 clove garlic, chopped small
04 - 3 tbsp oil
05 - 250g orzo pasta (rice-shaped noodles/Kritharaki)
06 - 200g cream
07 - 50g parmesan, shredded
08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - 50g shallots, diced up
10 - 500ml veggie broth
11 - 100g fresh baby spinach

# Instructions:

01 - Stir in the cream, parmesan, and butter. Pop the mushrooms back in. Mix everything and let it all gently simmer together for a bit.
02 - Mix the baby spinach right into the noodles and wait a minute for it to wilt.
03 - Add the orzo pasta next. Pour in your veggie broth and salt, and let it bubble away for about ten minutes.
04 - Pull the mushrooms out and set them to the side. Throw in the chopped shallots and garlic. Let them cook for two minutes.
05 - Heat the oil in a big pot or deep pan. Toss in the mushrooms and let them cook for around eight minutes.

02 - Chopped dried tomatoes are awesome tossed in right before serving for extra flavor.
