Stir in the cream, parmesan, and butter. Pop the mushrooms back in. Mix everything and let it all gently simmer together for a bit.

Mix the baby spinach right into the noodles and wait a minute for it to wilt.

Add the orzo pasta next. Pour in your veggie broth and salt, and let it bubble away for about ten minutes.

Pull the mushrooms out and set them to the side. Throw in the chopped shallots and garlic. Let them cook for two minutes.

Heat the oil in a big pot or deep pan. Toss in the mushrooms and let them cook for around eight minutes.
