Coat the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere the breadcrumbs.

Fry the coated shrimp in the hot oil for approximately 1 minute per side until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
