Effortless Chicken Bell Pepper (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A handful of fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped up.
02 - Add black pepper and salt as you like.
03 - Hot paprika powder.
04 - Regular chili powder.
05 - Some regular paprika powder.
06 - Five medium bell peppers.
07 - Three medium tomatoes.
08 - Five cloves of garlic.
09 - One large onion.
10 - A neutral oil for frying, whatever you've got.
11 - Juice from one lemon.
12 - Fifty milliliters of olive oil for the marinade.
13 - Half a kilo of chicken breast, diced.

# Instructions:

01 - Add the chicken back into your pan, let it hang out for a couple minutes, then sprinkle your favorite chopped herbs on top before serving.
02 - Drop the heat low and put a lid on. Let everything simmer until the veggies have softened up nicely.
03 - Throw onions and garlic into your hot pan first and give them a quick fry. Add the chunks of tomato, bell pepper, and all the powders. Stir for a few minutes.
04 - Get the chicken cooking quickly in some oil so it browns, but don't cook it the whole way. Set it aside when done.
05 - Dice up that onion and garlic small. Cut tomatoes and bell peppers into tasty big pieces.
06 - Mix up chicken pieces with olive oil, lemon juice, and your seasonings. Let it sit so it soaks up the flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Just barely cook the chicken at first—it stays juicy that way.
02 - This goes awesome with naan or a bowl of basmati rice.
03 - Use parsley if you're not into cilantro.
