One Pan Parmesan Chicken Dinner (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Parmesan Chicken

01 - 1½ pounds chicken breast (3-4 pieces), about 1 inch thick
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
05 - ⅓ cup breadcrumbs (Italian or plain)
06 - ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
07 - ½-¾ teaspoon sea salt

→ Roasted Potatoes

08 - 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
09 - 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Green Beans

13 - 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
14 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
15 - 1 clove garlic, minced
16 - 1 tablespoon Parmesan (optional)
17 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Spread on third of lined sheet pan, roast 10-15 minutes.
02 - Mix chicken with oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Add to pan with partially cooked potatoes.
03 - Toss green beans with oil, garlic, optional Parmesan, salt and pepper. Add to pan with chicken and potatoes.
04 - Bake 25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F. Optional: broil 4-5 minutes for extra crispy potatoes.
