Peppermint Holiday Punch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Punch Base

01 - 4 cups (1L) vanilla ice cream
02 - 4 cups (1L) strawberry or raspberry sherbet or pink peppermint sherbet
03 - 3 cups (720ml) cold milk or half & half
04 - 3 cups (720ml) Sprite, 7UP, or sparkling lemonade
05 - 1 tsp peppermint extract
06 - Red food coloring (optional)

07 - Crushed candy canes
08 - Mini candy canes for rim decoration (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - If decorating the bowl rim, dip the rim lightly in melted white chocolate or frosting. Press mini candy canes around the edge so they stick.
02 - In a large punch bowl, add ice cream in scoops, sherbet, pour milk over, add peppermint extract and a touch of red food coloring (if using). Slowly pour in Sprite or similar beverage to achieve a frothy texture. Stir gently to preserve creamy swirls.
03 - Add additional scoops of ice cream on top of the punch. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the drink and serve immediately with a ladle.
