5-Minute Pepperoni Pizza Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large flour tortilla
02 - 2–3 tablespoons pizza sauce
03 - 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 6–8 slices turkey or beef pepperoni
05 - Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)
06 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
02 - Place the tortilla flat and spread sauce over one half.
03 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then layer pepperoni slices on top.
04 - If desired, sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano or crushed red pepper flakes.
05 - Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the hot skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
06 - Slice the quesadilla and serve hot.

01 - Use a spatula to press the quesadilla for even browning.
