Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Place the tortilla flat and spread sauce over one half.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then layer pepperoni slices on top.

If desired, sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano or crushed red pepper flakes.

Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the hot skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
