Pesto Pasta with Arugula (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces spiral pasta
02 - 2 tablespoons salt for cooking pasta
03 - 1 cup basil pesto
04 - 250 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 2 cups fresh arugula
06 - Bocconcini, drained
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

→ Garnish

08 - Toasted pine nuts
09 - Fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water with salt in a saucepan and cook spiral pasta until al dente. Drain well and rinse pasta under cold water to cool it down. Place it in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add basil pesto, mayonnaise, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, and fresh arugula to the pasta. Stir and toss until well combined.
03 - Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with toasted pine nuts and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
