Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Stir the cornstarch and broth mixture and add it to the skillet. Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly.

Scoop the meat mixture onto hamburger buns, top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese per bun, and place under the broiler until the cheese melts. Monitor closely to avoid burning. Alternatively, stir the cheese into the skillet until melted and combined.
