Pineapple Chicken Wings Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings
02 - 1/2 cup pineapple juice
03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
04 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
07 - 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
09 - 2 tablespoons water

# Instructions:

01 - Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
02 - Marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes.
03 - Bake wings at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
04 - Simmer remaining marinade with pineapple chunks and thicken with cornstarch slurry.
05 - Toss wings in glaze, bake for 10 more minutes, and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid marinating for over 2 hours to prevent overly tenderized meat.
02 - For extra crispiness, bake wings on a wire rack.
