Slice the mushrooms, halve the cherry tomatoes. Season the tomato sauce with garlic and herbs. Dice the mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) fan/convection. Divide the dough into portions, roll into flat rounds, and place on baking sheets.

Spread with sauce, top with mushrooms and tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
