Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) using the conventional setting. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the green onions into thin rings. Mince or press the garlic clove.

In a shallow baking dish, combine the potato noodles, diced prosciutto, halved tomatoes, and pressed garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, then drizzle with olive oil. Toss everything gently until well mixed and evenly distributed.

Create a small well in the center of the mixture and spoon the light crème fraîche into it. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges of the potato noodles turn golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and immediately stir in the sliced green onions, allowing them to slightly wilt from the residual heat. The crème fraîche will have melted into a creamy sauce that coats everything beautifully.
