Effortless Potato Pepper Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main stuff

01 - Go with as much Créme fraîche as you like, classic or light versions work.
02 - Chop up 1 big bell pepper – yellow or red makes it sweet.
03 - Grab 500 grams of a potato type that keeps its shape, small baby potatoes are perfect.
04 - You'll need 500 grams ground meat, go half pork and half beef or use your fave mix.
05 - One large yellow onion is best for a milder flavor.

→ Spices and oils

06 - Salt, toss in as much as you want.
07 - Pepper, freshly cracked if possible, and as much as you like.
08 - If you want, sprinkle in a bit of paprika powder.
09 - Oil for the pan, like rapeseed or olive works fine.

# Instructions:

01 - Right before you dish up, mix in some Créme fraîche till it's nice and creamy.
02 - Season everything good with salt, pepper, and toss in paprika if you want.
03 - Throw in the potato bits and bell pepper. Give a good stir, keep the heat medium, and let it bubble for roughly 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
04 - Toss the ground meat in and break it apart till it's all cooked through.
05 - Heat some oil in a big pan on medium. Drop in the diced onion and cook till it's see-through.
06 - Cut the onion and bell pepper into little pieces. Peel the potatoes and dice them up to about 2 cm chunks.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh herbs like parsley or chives really boost the flavor. Leftover cooked potatoes work, too.
