# Ingredients:

01 - 4 apples, cored (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)
02 - 1 cup pumpkin puree
03 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
04 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ginger
06 - 1/4 cup brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and brown sugar until smooth.
03 - Core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact.
04 - Fill each apple with the pumpkin mixture.
05 - Place apples in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20–25 minutes, until apples are tender but hold their shape.
06 - Let cool slightly before serving warm.
