Add the frozen berries, yogurt, honey, and optional lemon juice or vanilla to your food processor or blender. Blend for about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

You can enjoy the frozen yogurt immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight for a firmer texture. If frozen solid, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
