Easy Butter Chicken Curry (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken & Marinade

01 - 1½ pounds chicken thighs, cut into chunks
02 - 1 teaspoon each: salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika
03 - ½ teaspoon curry powder
04 - 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

→ Sauce

05 - 3 tablespoons each: vegetable oil, butter (divided)
06 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 medium onion, diced
08 - 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
09 - 2 cups heavy cream
10 - 1 teaspoon each: sugar, salt, garam masala
11 - ½ teaspoon each: black pepper, curry powder, cayenne (optional)

→ For Serving

12 - Naan bread
13 - Steamed rice
14 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Mix chicken with yogurt and spices. Let sit 15 minutes.
02 - Brown chicken in oil 8-10 minutes until done. Remove from pan.
03 - Sauté garlic and onion in butter, add tomato sauce and cream. Return chicken to pan.
