Gradually fold in the flour. Before fully incorporating, add the red food coloring, starting with 7 drops and adding more as needed to achieve the desired red shade.

Fold in ½ cup of white chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips on top.
