Red Velvet Brownies White Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
02 - 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - ½ teaspoon table salt
04 - 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - ¾ teaspoon white vinegar
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 10-12 drops of Wilton red food coloring
10 - 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x9 pan with non-stick cooking spray and parchment paper.
02 - Combine the melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, and granulated sugar in a large bowl, stirring until well combined.
03 - Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and white vinegar until smooth.
04 - Gradually fold in the flour. Before fully incorporating, add the red food coloring, starting with 7 drops and adding more as needed to achieve the desired red shade.
05 - Fold in ½ cup of white chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips on top.
06 - Bake for 22-25 minutes. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 1 hour.
07 - Cut the cooled brownies into squares and serve at room temperature.
