In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon dollops over the cake batter.

Top with the rest of the cake batter, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle Reese’s pieces and chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
