Roast Beef Cheddar Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package of 18-count Hawaiian rolls
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 1 pound medium cheddar cheese
04 - 1 pound sliced roast beef
05 - ½ cup salted butter, melted
06 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
07 - 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Set the top half aside.
03 - Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over the rolls. Layer with overlapping slices of cheddar cheese, followed by a generous mound of sliced roast beef, and then another layer of cheddar cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back over the sliders.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, and poppy seeds.
05 - Drizzle the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, then use a pastry brush to evenly spread the mixture across the surface.
06 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are toasted and golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and serve while hot.
