Easy Breakfast Roll-Ups (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 5 large eggs
02 - 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
03 - 8 sausage links
04 - 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a small bowl, beat the eggs, setting aside 2 tablespoons for brushing on top of the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Unroll the crescent dough on a clean work surface and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
04 - Place half a slice of Cheddar cheese on each triangle. Spoon a small portion of scrambled eggs onto each triangle, then add one sausage link.
05 - Starting at the wide end of each triangle, gently roll the dough around the sausage and eggs, tucking in the sides slightly as you go. Place each roll-up on an ungreased baking sheet.
06 - Lightly brush the tops of each roll-up with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and flaky.
