01 -
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) conventional or 320°F (160°C) fan/convection. Line the bottom of a 10-inch (26cm) springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides well.
02 -
Cut the salami and cooked ham into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and dice them finely. Freshly grate the Gouda and Parmesan cheese.
03 -
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend the milk, eggs, flour, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
04 -
With a wooden spoon, fold the grated Gouda and Parmesan cheese as well as the diced ingredients (ham, mushrooms, and salami) into the batter.
05 -
Spread the mixture evenly in the springform pan and bake on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
06 -
Before releasing the springform, run a knife around the edge to loosen the pizza cake. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
