# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (250ml) milk
02 - 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
03 - 3 medium eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - Pinch of ground black pepper

→ Toppings

07 - 3.5 oz (100g) salami, diced
08 - 3.5 oz (100g) cooked ham, diced
09 - 3.5 oz (100g) mushrooms, diced
10 - 2 cups (200g) Gouda cheese, freshly grated
11 - 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) conventional or 320°F (160°C) fan/convection. Line the bottom of a 10-inch (26cm) springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides well.
02 - Cut the salami and cooked ham into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and dice them finely. Freshly grate the Gouda and Parmesan cheese.
03 - Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend the milk, eggs, flour, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
04 - With a wooden spoon, fold the grated Gouda and Parmesan cheese as well as the diced ingredients (ham, mushrooms, and salami) into the batter.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly in the springform pan and bake on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
06 - Before releasing the springform, run a knife around the edge to loosen the pizza cake. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
