Crunchy Party Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pinch of pepper.
02 - Sprinkle of salt.
03 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
04 - 1 egg, beaten.
05 - 100g grated cheese (Gouda or Emmental).
06 - 100g cooked ham, diced.
07 - 275g rectangular puff pastry.

# Instructions:

01 - Brush your spirals with egg and let them bake until they're golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
02 - Now twist the strips into spirals and spread them out on your baking tray.
03 - Lay the other dough rectangle on top, press gently, then slice everything into strips around a centimeter wide.
04 - Scatter ham, cheese, plus seasoning over one half of the dough.
05 - Unroll the puff pastry, split it into two even rectangles.
06 - Heat up your oven to 200°C and line a tray with some baking paper.

01 - They're extra tasty while still warm.
02 - You can go meatless by swapping in peppers or olives.
