Preheat the oven to 275°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine unsalted butter, ranch dressing mix, Italian dressing mix, and granulated sugar. Stir continuously until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, add mini saltine crackers. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and stir gently to ensure an even coating.

Spread the coated crackers in an even layer on the prepared sheet tray. It is acceptable if some overlap. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown and toasted.

Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
