Shepherd's Pie Tater Tot (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup
05 - 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 bag frozen tater tots

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - 1/8 tsp pepper
10 - 1 tsp garlic powder
11 - 1 tsp onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
03 - Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables. Add the seasonings.
04 - Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with a layer of tater tots.
05 - Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tater tots are golden.
