Shredded BBQ Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 rotisserie chicken (about 3-4 pounds) or 2 1/2 pounds cooked boneless skinless chicken
02 - 1-2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided
04 - 8 slices provolone cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

06 - 12 slider buns or Parker house dinner rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350ºF.
02 - Remove and discard skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken. Add meat to a large bowl. Use two forks or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment to shred the chicken on low speed.
03 - Add all-purpose seasoning and stir well to combine. Then stir in 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce.
04 - Spray the casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
05 - Place the bottom half of the rolls or buns in the casserole dish. Add 1/3 cup of shredded chicken to each slider bun. Lay slices of provolone cheese over the chicken. Drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the top and cover with the tops of the buns. Brush tops with melted butter.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sliders are golden on top.
07 - Separate slider buns and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Store unused meat separately from the rolls to prevent sogginess.
02 - Reheat assembled sliders on a sheet pan at 350°F for 15-20 minutes to warm through and toast the buns.
