Effortless Bratapfelkuchen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 apples.
02 - 1 tablespoon butter.
03 - 3 Speculoos cookies (save these for topping).
04 - 150 grams powdered sugar.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 200 grams cream cheese.
07 - 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
08 - 400 grams heavy cream.
09 - 3 packages cream stabilizer.
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
11 - 250 grams mascarpone.
12 - 3 tablespoons white sugar.
13 - 150 grams melted butter.
14 - 300 grams Speculoos cookies.

# Instructions:

01 - Spread the creamy mix on the base, chill for a bit, then pile on the cooked apples and finish with some Speculoos bits on top.
02 - Let the apple chunks cook with butter, sugar, and cinnamon for about six minutes till they're soft.
03 - Stir heavy cream, mascarpone, cream cheese, and spices together, toss in the stabilizer, and whip until it's nice and thick.
04 - Smash the Speculoos into crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press the mix into a cake ring.
