Spicy Honey Baked Salmon (Print Version)

01 - 500g salmon
02 - Salt
03 - Ground black pepper

→ Sauce Ingredients

04 - 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon whole grain Dijon mustard
06 - 1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce or Tabasco sauce
07 - 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Garnish

09 - Chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Rinse the salmon with water and pat it dry with paper towels. Transfer the salmon to a large sheet of aluminum foil and season it with salt and ground black pepper.
02 - Combine honey, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce (or Tabasco), apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
03 - Add the spicy honey sauce to the salmon, spreading and coating the surface evenly.
04 - Fold and wrap the foil tightly, then bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes (depending on the thickness of your salmon).
05 - Unwrap the salmon, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

01 - If Maille Old Style Grained Dijon Mustard is unavailable, regular Dijon mustard can be used as a substitute.
