Dice steak into bite-sized pieces and trim off any excess fat or sinew. Place steak bites into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag or a shallow bowl for marinating.

Combine lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the bag or bowl with the steak. Toss to coat, seal or cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook half of the steak in the skillet, leaving the marinating liquid behind. Stir occasionally until browned. Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining steak without overcrowding. Return all cooked steak to skillet.

Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the steak. Toast garlic for 1 minute. Add cooked gnocchi and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until lightly browned. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
