Strawberry Banana Bread Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup butter, softened
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs, beaten
04 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
05 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - 1½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped and tossed in 1 tablespoon flour

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Spray two 9x5 loaf pans with nonstick spray and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
03 - In a small bowl, beat eggs with a fork. Add eggs to the butter-sugar mixture and beat until combined. Mix in mashed bananas until fully incorporated.
04 - Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Gently fold the flour-coated strawberries into the batter.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 175°C (350°F) and bake for an additional 30 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned or a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Let the loaves cool completely before removing them from the pans.
