Strawberry Cheesecake Dip Appetizer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces (227 g) cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup (113 g) confectioner's sugar
03 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - ½ cup (113 g) heavy cream
05 - ¼ cup (85 g) strawberry jam

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix until fully combined and incorporated. Set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, add heavy cream. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip for about 2-3 minutes to medium peaks.
03 - Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Spread cheesecake dip into a wide, shallow bowl and top with strawberry jam. Use a knife to swirl jam into the dip.
04 - Serve immediately with graham crackers, or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Strawberry jam can be substituted with strawberry ice cream topping, homemade strawberry topping, or any other flavor of jam.
02 - Cool Whip can replace heavy cream by using 1 cup of prepared Cool Whip instead of ½ cup heavy cream, with a slight reduction in sugar.
03 - Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or vanilla wafer cookies.
04 - Cheesecake dip can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
