Strawberry Mango Smoothie Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
02 - 1 cup frozen mango chunks
03 - 1 banana, peeled and sliced
04 - 1 cup plain yogurt
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 1 tablespoon honey
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add the frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, sliced banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
02 - Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie turns out too thick, pour in a bit more milk and blend again to achieve the desired consistency.
03 - Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
04 - Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired. Serve the smoothie immediately.

# Notes:

01 - You can use vanilla yogurt for a sweeter smoothie.
