                In a medium mixing bowl, combine the quark, vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract and sugar), and lemon juice. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

                Hull and dice the 10 strawberries into small pieces (about 1/4 inch cubes). Unwrap the 7 Raffaello candies and place them in a ziplock bag. Gently crush them with a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass until they're broken into small pieces, but not completely pulverized.

                Gently fold the diced strawberries and crushed Raffaello pieces into the quark mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix - you want distinct pieces of strawberry and candy throughout the cream.

                Divide the mixture evenly among 5 individual dessert bowls or glasses. Slice the remaining 5 strawberries and arrange them on top of each serving. Finish by placing a whole Raffaello candy on top of each dessert. For best flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
