Sweet Strawberry Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups strawberries (360g)
02 - 1/4 cup sugar of choice (pure maple syrup, white sugar, xylitol, etc.)
03 - 2 tsp lemon juice or zest of 1 lemon
04 - optional pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the stems from the strawberries. If not already frozen, place them in the freezer until thoroughly frozen.
02 - Using a high-speed blender, blend the frozen strawberries, sugar of choice, lemon juice or zest, and optional salt until the mixture is smooth and achieves a sorbet-like texture. If using a regular blender, let the strawberries thaw slightly before blending.
03 - If working with a regular blender, transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions for a creamier consistency.

# Notes:

01 - For a more pronounced lemon flavor, increase the zest or juice slightly to taste.
