Taco Ranch Cheddar Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
03 - 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 (8-oz) bottled ranch dressing
06 - 5 (15-count) frozen phyllo tart shells

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain fat.
03 - Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Combine shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and the cooked taco meat mixture.
05 - Spoon the prepared taco meat mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells. You can freeze for later at this point.
06 - Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese melts. Add 2-3 minutes to the baking time if baking frozen tarts.

01 - Can freeze tarts unbaked for quick snacks later.
02 - Frozen phyllo tart shells can be found in the freezer section near puff pastry.
