In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef. Drain any excess grease.

Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat and add the uncooked Minute Rice. Stir the mixture, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until the rice is tender.

Remove the lid and stir in the salsa and shredded cheddar cheese. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
