Tarragon Chicken Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound bow tie pasta, cooked according to package instructions
02 - 2 celery stalks, cleaned and chopped
03 - 2 1/2 cups sliced seedless grapes
04 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
06 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

→ Dressing Ingredients

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream
10 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
12 - 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
13 - Kosher salt, to taste
14 - Ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add the pasta, celery, grapes, chicken, onion, and walnuts. Toss to combine.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, tarragon, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss again to combine with the dressing.
04 - Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
05 - Serve with additional chopped walnuts and tarragon on top, if desired.
