Family-friendly tiramisu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 200g ladyfingers (about 20-24 pieces)
02 - 1-2 cups strong coffee or espresso
03 - 250g mascarpone cheese
04 - 250ml heavy whipping cream

→ For sweetening and topping

05 - 30g granulated sugar
06 - 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
07 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Brew a strong pot of coffee or espresso. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
03 - Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (don't soak them) and arrange in a single layer in your serving dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and top with remaining cream.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld. Just before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder using a fine-mesh sieve.
