Easy Italian Gnocchi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh basil.
02 - Thyme leaves.
03 - Rosemary.
04 - Pepper.
05 - Salt.
06 - 150 g grated Gouda cheese.
07 - 250 g mozzarella.
08 - 1 kg chilled gnocchi.
09 - Starch.
10 - 500 ml cream.
11 - 1 can diced tomatoes.
12 - 4 tablespoons tomato paste.
13 - Oil.
14 - 15 cherry tomatoes.
15 - 8 big button mushrooms.
16 - 2 cloves of garlic.
17 - 1 large onion.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour everything into your baking dish, sprinkle mozzarella over the top, then stick it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
02 - Add the can of tomatoes and cream, season it, thicken everything with starch, put in the gnocchi, and let it bubble together for a few.
03 - Toss in the onion and garlic first, then sauté the mushrooms and tomatoes, spice it up, and work in that tomato paste.
04 - Flip your oven to 200°C with the fan. Chop garlic and onion into pieces, slice mushrooms, and cut those tomatoes in half.

# Notes:

01 - Go for chilled gnocchi if you can.
