Tortellini Auflauf Tomaten Mozzarella (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh or frozen chives, just grab a handful.
02 - Half a teaspoon mild paprika powder.
03 - Two pinches of black pepper.
04 - Two pinches of fine sea salt.
05 - One clove of garlic.
06 - Two big spoonfuls of tomato paste.
07 - A small tub of light cooking cream, 250 ml.
08 - 125 grams soft mozzarella ball.
09 - 125 grams cherry tomatoes.
10 - A pack of ready-made tortellini from the fridge, 250 grams.

# Instructions:

01 - Put the dish in the oven at 180°C with the fan on for 20 minutes till it’s nice and golden. Sprinkle fresh or frozen chives over it when you’re done.
02 - Lay out the tortellini in your sauce, then place the tomato halves and mozzarella slices on top.
03 - In your baking dish, stir together cream, tomato paste, crushed garlic, and all your spices.
04 - Peel the garlic, cut the mozzarella ball into eight slices, and split the cherry tomatoes in half.

01 - A small, deep baking dish works best.
02 - Go wild and toss in whatever extras you like.
