Creamy Spinach Forest Mushroom (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A dash of freshly cracked black pepper.
02 - High-quality fine sea salt, to your taste.
03 - 1 to 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce.
04 - 200 milliliters of rich vegetable stock.
05 - 200 milliliters of whipping cream.
06 - 500 grams of thawed frozen creamed spinach.
07 - 300 grams of mixed wild mushrooms from the freezer.
08 - 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
09 - 1 onion, peeled and chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend everything smooth. If it’s a bit too thick, add more broth or cream. Flavor with salt and pepper how you like.
02 - Toss in the creamed spinach, soy sauce, cream, and veggie broth. Let it all bubble gently for a solid 10 minutes.
03 - Pop the mushrooms into the pot. Sauté for about 3 minutes more. Add the onions and cook for a quick 2 minutes in the hot oil.
04 - Chop up the onion nice and small after peeling it.
